Designed with Plug and Play to be installed in demanding, harsh industrial environments, the IGS-614HPT is a PLANET industrial DIN-rail type Unmanaged Gigabit Ethernet PoE+ Switch with four 10/100 / 1000BASE-T ports with IEEE 802.3at PoE+, one additional 10/100/1000BASE-T RJ45 copper and one 100/1000BASE-X fiber optic optical interface for uplink connection.

The IGS-614HPT is designed with a redundant power system and can operate reliably, stably, and quietly in any harsh environment without compromising performance. It has a total power budget of up to 120 watts for various types of PoE applications and an operating temperature range of -40 to 75 degrees Celsius in a robust IP40 metal housing.

Convenient and Reliable Power System

To facilitate the use of 802.3at PoE+ with commonly used 12-48V DC power supplies for transportation and industrial applications, the IGS-614HPT utilizes 12-48V DC to 54V power boost technology to address the power sourcing issue without requiring specialized power supplies. The IGS-614HPT provides an integrated power solution with a wide voltage range (12-48V DC) for global usability. It also offers dual-redundant, reversible polarity 12-56V DC power inputs for high-availability applications.

Fiber optic connection option for flexible distance extension

The IGS-614HPT provides an extra mini-GBIC slot which supports SFP auto-detection and double speed, as it 100BASE-FX en 1000BASE-SX/LX SFP (Small Form-factor Pluggable) fiber modules. This means administrators can now flexibly select the appropriate SFP transceiver based on the required transmission distance or speed to efficiently expand the network. Distances can be extended from 550 meters to 2 kilometers (multi-mode fiber) and 10/20/30/40/50/60/70/120 kilometers (single-mode fiber or WDM fiber). They are well-suited for applications requiring uplinks to a backbone switch and a long-distance monitoring center.

Environmentally resistant design

With the metal industrial housing with a IP40 With its degree of protection, the IGS-614HPT offers a high level of immunity to electromagnetic interference and large electrical surges typically found on factory floors or in unair-conditioned curbside traffic control cabinets. It features a ventilated design that eliminates the need for a cooling fan, ensuring silent operation. The IGS-614HPT can be installed in almost any challenging environment, as it can operate within a temperature range of -40 to 75 degrees C

Robust Protection

The IGS-614HPT offers ±6KV DC contact discharge and ±8KV DC air discharge for Ethernet ESD protection. It also supports ±6KV surge immunity to enhance product stability and protect users' networks from devastating ESD attacks, ensuring uninterrupted operation.

Intelligent LED Indicator for Real-time PoE Consumption

The IGS-614HPT helps users easily and efficiently monitor the current PoE power consumption status through advanced LED indication. The front of the Industrial Gigabit PoE+ Switch features a function called "PoE Power Usage" and has four orange LEDs that indicate 30W, 60W, 90W, and 120W of PoE power consumption, respectively.

Flexible and Easy Installation with Limited Space

The compact IGS-614HPT is specifically designed for installation in confined spaces, such as a wall-mounted enclosure. It can be installed using a fixed wall mount or DIN rail, making it more flexible and convenient to use in any space-constrained location.
