This Lithium Ion 60Volt 26Ah 17S battery in MBH3 housing can be used for a variety of applications and is ideally suited for electric transport. There are several electric scooters where this battery can be properly used as a removable one. The battery can be supplied with various types of plugs.
The BMS in this lithium battery balances the cells and protects against overcharging, deep discharge, excessive temperature, short circuits and excessive currents. This BMS works completely automatically, when a limit is exceeded the battery blocks, it restores itself when separated from the consumer. Because we use BMSs that can charge and discharge over the same MOSFETs, no separate charging plug is needed, this increases the possible charging current and also allows these batteries to be used for regenerative systems. Due to the PCB’s efficient design, the BMS uses very little energy and takes several years to fully discharge the battery. Putting it away for long periods of time is therefore not a problem.
This type of battery uses NMC 18650 cells. A characteristic of these cells is their excellent energy density combined with a favorable cost of ownership. All NMC 18650 cells we use are equipped with a CID (current interrupt device), where by each cell is individually protected. As soon as a cell gets too hot, it shuts down.

When you connect to one specific battery the LEDs of that battery light up and more detailed information is displayed, ideal for Fleet owners. The app also offers the ability to send a push notification to the user’s smartphone when the battery reaches a preset SOC value.
