Battery Li-Ion 48V 33.8Ah 14S MBH3

General

This Li-ion 48Volts 33,8Ah 14S MBH3 battery can be used for several applications and is especially suited for electrical transportation. There are several electric scooters where this battery can be properly used as a removable one. Examples of electric scooters for which this type of battery is definitely suitable are the including the Nimoto Trendy R, a lot of Emco models including the NOVI C1500, NOVANTIC C2000 and NOVA R3000. This platform BatteryLabs battery, the MBH3 comes standard in the BTC Trendy R. The battery can be supplied with various types of plugs.

BMS (Battery Management System).

The BMS in this lithium battery balances the cells and protects against overcharging, deep discharge, excessive temperature, short circuits and excessive currents. This BMS works completely automatically, when a limit is exceeded the battery blocks, it restores itself when separated from the consumer. Because we use BMSs that can charge and discharge over the same MOSFETs, no separate charging plug is needed, this increases the possible charging current and also allows these batteries to be used for regenerative systems. Due to the PCB’s efficient design, the BMS uses very little energy and takes several years to fully discharge the battery. Putting it away for long periods of time is therefore not a problem.

Cells

This type of battery uses NMC 18650 cells. A characteristic of these cells is their excellent energy density combined with a favorable cost of ownership. All NMC 18650 cells we use are equipped with a CID (current interrupt device), where by each cell is individually protected. As soon as a cell gets too hot, it shuts down.

Warranty

This type of battery has a 24-month warranty.
