Depending on the type of battery you have, we offer a charger with a 3-stage charging system or a 4-stage charging system. The 3-stage and 4-stage charger has a CC/CV charging profile and is equipped with advanced IC-controlled high-frequency switching charging technology. In addition to the low EMC emission, this charger also has a high efficiency. The charger also uses a float technique to maintain the battery voltage when charging is complete, so it is not necessary to disconnect the charger after charging. The charger is also equipped with an automatic recovery program that brings deeply discharged batteries to a safe voltage before starting to charge. The chargers that Shop4power supplies are from the MegaCharge series and are robust and optimized for the desired chemical composition of your battery. They are high-quality and intelligent battery chargers that can be charged safely. Depending on the type of battery you have, you can order the correct charger here. This is particularly important for Lithium batteries. A Lithium battery consists of a series connection of small cells, and to get the correct capacity, several of these series connections (strings) are connected in parallel. For example, a 48 Volt battery can consist of 13 cells in a string or 14 cells in a string, for the operation of your scooter it doesn't matter much but for the choice of the correct charger it does. Often, the number of cells in series is also mentioned for a scooter Lithium battery. Eg. 13S or 14S. Both the input and output of these chargers are equipped with a fuse that can be replaced on the outside of the charger. An extra fuse is also included. The built-in inrush current limiter prevents peaks at the start of the charging process. We offer a 2-year warranty on all of our chargers.
