Battery Li-Ion 48V 45.5Ah 14S MBH3

General

This Li-ion 14S 48V 45,5Ah MBH3 battery can be used for various applications and is ideally suited for electric transport. This removable battery is ideal for various electric scooters. Examples of electric scooters for which this battery type is certainly suitable include the Nimoto Trendy R, and many Emco models including the NOVI C1500, NOVANTIC C2000, and NOVA R3000. This BatteryLabs platform battery, the MBH3, comes standard in the BTC Trendy R. The battery is available with various connector types.

BMS (Battery Management System)

The BMS in this lithium battery balances the cells and protects against overcharging, deep discharge, excessive temperature, short circuits, and excessive currents. This BMS operates fully automatically. When a threshold value is exceeded, the battery shuts down; it recovers automatically when disconnected from the consumer. Because we use BMSs that can charge and discharge via the same MOSFETs, no separate charging plug is required. This increases the possible charging current and also makes these batteries suitable for regenerative systems. Due to the efficient design of the PCB, the BMS consumes very little energy, and it takes several years for the battery to fully discharge. Therefore, storing it for extended periods is no problem.

This type of battery uses NMC 18650 cells. These cells are characterized by their excellent energy density combined with a favorable cost of ownership. All NMC 18650 cells we use are equipped with a CID (current interrupt device), which protects each cell individually. If a cell becomes too hot, it shuts down.

BatteryLabs Analytics App (BSI Indicator)

The BatteryLabs Analytics app displays the SOC (remaining capacity) of all your batteries on a single screen. When you connect to a specific battery, its LEDs light up and more detailed information is displayed, ideal for fleet owners. The app also offers the option to send a push notification to the user's smartphone when the battery reaches a preset SOC value.
The BatteryLabs Analytics app is available for all systems equipped with Bluetooth and/or the BSI Bluetooth indicator. The app is available in the Google Play and Apple App stores.

Indicator BCI

This indicator allows you to read the battery status. It can be placed on the aluminum housing or attached to your scooter's dashboard using the plastic housing. LEDs indicate the remaining battery capacity.
