Right of withdrawal – private customers
As a private customer, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reasons. After withdrawal, Shop4Power will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving the returned product. No additional costs will be charged. The refund will be made via the same payment method as your original payment.
Business customers
Orders placed by business customers are final. If the customer cancels, they can notify Shop4power. With Shop4power's written consent, the customer can request to cancel the sale and take back the goods. Depending on the product, Shop4power will then deduct a 25% restocking fee from the credit for the returned goods, provided they are returned to Shop4power within 30 days of delivery, are still in their original packaging, and are in such a condition that they can be sold as "new" by Shop4power.
Excluded products right of withdrawal
The following products are excluded from the right of withdrawal:
Batteries — It is not possible to verify whether batteries have been used or damaged. Batteries cannot be sold to a subsequent customer after return. By agreeing to these general terms and conditions, you accept that batteries are excluded from the cooling-off period. Returns are only possible in the context of a warranty claim. Batteries are not excluded from the warranty conditions.
Electronics — Products cannot be tried out or tested. You cannot return electronics to test the product. However, returns are possible if the product does not meet the specifications or is defective upon receipt.
RMA Number required
Returns are only accepted with an RMA number provided in advance by Shop4Power. Please fill out the form below and request an RMA number before sending your return.
Cancellation form
Packaging
Always pack the product in a separate shipping box. Returns in which the product box has been used as a shipping box will not be accepted — a damaged or taped-up product box renders the product unsaleable.
Depreciation and damage
Shop4Power reserves the right to refuse returned products or to issue only a partial credit if there is suspicion that the product has been used or damaged due to the customer's actions. You will be notified of this in writing by letter or email. Any reduction in value will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
