Depending on the batteries you need the charger for, we offer chargers with either a 3-step or a 4-step charging system. The 3-step and 4-step chargers have a CC/CV charging profile and are equipped with advanced IC-regulated high-frequency switching charging technology. In addition to low EMC emissions, this charger is also highly efficient. Float technology maintains the battery's charge when charging is complete, so there's no need to disconnect the charger after charging. The charger also features an automatic recovery program that first brings deeply discharged batteries to a safe voltage before charging begins. The chargers supplied by Shop4power are from the MegaCharge series and are robust and optimized for the desired chemical composition of your battery. They are high-quality and intelligent battery chargers that ensure safe charging. Depending on the type of battery you have, you can order the right charger here. This is especially important with lithium batteries. A lithium battery consists of a series circuit of small cells, and to achieve the correct capacity, several of these series circuits (strings) are connected in parallel. For example, a 48-volt battery can consist of 13 cells in a string or 14 cells in a string. This doesn't make much difference for the operation of your scooter, but it does for choosing the right charger. The number of cells in series is often indicated for a scooter lithium battery, for example, 13S or 14S. Both the input and output of this charger are equipped with a fuse that can be replaced on the outside of the charger. An additional fuse is also included. The built-in inrush current limiter prevents peaks when starting the charging process. We offer a 2-year warranty on all our chargers.
