We can ship your order in several ways. How we ship depends on your order. We offer several options for each product range. Below are the various options for each product range.
To be clear, Shop4power delivers ALL products from stock in the Netherlands to you as a customer. We never ship from Asia.
Batteries
The Cellpower and PBQ lead-acid batteries/chargersCellpower and PBQ batteries are supplied to us by Intercel. We have a significant quantity of batteries up to and including 12V 20Ah, which are replenished every one to two weeks. Because we have a very high throughput rate for these batteries, we can also maintain a good stock.
These blocks, in stock at shop4power, are shipped by Shop4power using our own parcel services.
Batteries above 20Ah are in stock at Intercel. Because Intercel has a high turnaround time, you, as a customer, always have "fresh" batteries. Batteries from the latest production date. Sometimes we receive a large number of orders for a specific battery in a short period of time, and in that case, we may no longer have it in stock. In that case, we can still ship these batteries from Intercel. Intercel is almost never out of stock, but that doesn't mean it can't happen. Batteries shipped from Intercel and Cellpower chargers are shipped via dropshipment. Shop4power sends an order to Intercel to send the batteries to you with our packing slip. Shop4power remains ultimately responsible for the agreement between you and Shop4Power. Delivery times remain fast – orders placed before approximately 15.00:2 PM are delivered in the Netherlands in one day and to Belgium in 3-40 days. Intercel sends a track/trace link to the email address you provided on our website. We only supply batteries above XNUMXAh in the Benelux.
BatteryLabs Lithium batteries and BatteryLabs chargers
Batterylabs lithium batteries and chargers are all shipped directly from Batterylabs. This is a dropshipping service; we instruct Batterylabs to deliver the product to you. Currently, Batterylabs mostly ships via PostNL.
Network equipment
Planet and Scodeno productsWe deliver these products from our own inventory, which is also listed online. The products are shipped from Shop4power via our parcel delivery service, and you will immediately receive a track/trace link to follow your order. If you order larger quantities or a product we don't have in stock, we can order these products for you from Planet https://planet.com.tw/ and Scodeno.
Shop4power orders every 1-3 weeks from Taiwan and China. All orders are shipped by air freight, allowing us to deliver out-of-stock orders very quickly. Shop4power is unique in this respect. Other suppliers use water transport, which can currently take 6-8 weeks.
UPS Systems – Emergency Power
Firstpower and Salicru UPS systemsShop4power has a substantial inventory of Firstpower UPS systems; we order the Salicru systems when you place an order. Delivery time depends on availability in Spain (which is usually more than sufficient). The UPSs are usually shipped from Shop4power via our local carrier.
