In addition, two fixed modules provide additional functionality: one with 4 Gigabit copper ports and 4 10G SFP+ ports, and one with digital inputs and outputs for control, plus a power terminal for 12–48V redundant power supply.

The IMS-6325-5 features advanced Layer 3features, including dynamic IPv6/IPv4 routing protocols (OSPFv2/v3 and RIPv2), enabling optimal network traffic management in complex environments. Equipped with ITU-G.8032 ERPS Ring Technology With a recovery time of less than 10 ms, this switch ensures a resilient network backbone. It also offers precise timing support and robust cybersecurity features.
