Every battery needs a charger, and you can buy cheap chargers everywhere but there is always a risk that the charger will damage the battery. A lithium battery needs a Lithium charger, and the same applies to lead-acid batteries. Within the Lithium batteries, even a Lithium battery of a specific voltage can consist of a different number of series-connected cells. This means that you can easily use the wrong charger for a battery. The best way to prevent purchasing the wrong charger for your battery is to buy both from the same supplier, or at least ask for advice when purchasing the charger and possibly the battery.
