The PLANET IPOE-171-95W is a single-port, industrial 802.3bt Power over Ethernet injector with a maximum power output of 95 watts over Ethernet cables.

The unit is specifically designed to meet the growing demand for network equipment that requires higher power, such as:

• Other network equipment that requires significant power to function normally

The IPOE-171-95W delivers the Ethernet digital data with 54V DC power over the twisted-pair cables as a 95-watt Power over Ethernet Injector, and the (optional) connected Ultra Power over Ethernet splitter, the IPOE-171S, splits the digital data and power into three optional outputs (12V / 24V DC) over a distance of up to 100 meters.

To enable the use of 802.3bt PoE++ with the most commonly used 12-48V DC power input in transportation and industrial applications, the IPOE-171-95W incorporates 12-48V DC to 54V power boost technology to solve this power problem without the need for a dedicated power adapter. The IPOE-171-95W provides an integrated power solution with a wide voltage range (12-48V DC) for worldwide deployment. It also offers a dual-redundant, reversible polarity 12-48V DC power input for applications requiring high availability.

95 watts of power over 4-pair UTP

Instead of delivering the power over 2-pair twisted UTP – whether end-span (Pins 1, 2, 3, and 6) or mid-span (Pins 4, 5, 7, and 8), the IPOE-171-95W offers the ability to deliver up to 95Watts by utilizing all four pairs of standard Cat. 5e/Cat. 6 Ethernet cabling.

Intelligent LED Indicator for Power Input and Real-time PoE Usage

The IPOE-171-95W helps users easily and efficiently manage the current status of input power and PoE power usage via its advanced LED indicators. "Power Input" allows users to monitor the status of the power input. "PoE Power Usage" has three LEDs on the front of the IPOE-3-171W, each displaying different power usage. Using these power usage LEDs, the IPOE-95-171W allows the administrator to monitor the power consumption status of connected PDs in real time.

High compatibility and compact design

The PoE injector is easy to install and plug and play, and it's incredibly simple to troubleshoot, making it easy to use for both businesses and homes. The unit features a compact housing and provides two DC redundant power inputs, two power LEDs, an error LED, and a PoE-in-use LED. Two RJ45 ports—an Ethernet port and an Ethernet + DC port—are all available on the front panel.

When the IPOE-171-95W is switched to legacy mode, it supplies power to PD systems that are not fully compliant with the IEEE 802.3at/bt standard. This is useful for expanding the IPOE-171-95W's compatibility with other PDs.

Simply plug in the Ethernet cables and DC power cable and the IPOE-171-95W is ready to provide high-speed network communication and the 802.3bt PoE injector functions simultaneously without any software configuration required.

Quick and easy cable installation for PoE network deployment

Backward compatible with both 171at PoE standards, the IPOE-95-802.3W allows users to flexibly send data and power to standard and high-powered equipment systems over an Ethernet cable of up to 171 meters.
The IPOE-171-95W frees security IP cameras and wireless access points from the constraints of electrical outlets and traditional AC wiring, reducing the number of cables and requiring fewer electrical outlets on walls, ceilings, or any inaccessible location. Above all, it saves installation time.
